Returns

We know the disappointing feeling of expecting one thing when making a purchase online and then having it not live up to expectations once delivered. We try our best to accurately show and describe our quality products as best we can, but we also understand the gamble when choosing certain sized items without trying them on first.

If you’d like to make a return, send the original item in its original condition (without washing or wearing) within 10 days of purchase back to the address on the shipping package. Include a letter explaining why you are returning it and we will gladly send you another one of a different size and will cover the shipping costs. Be sure to include your name and return address.

If you’d rather just have your money back, send the item back in its original condition within 30 days and we will credit your original form of payment back minus a 15% restocking fee for re-packaging and to cover the usual (3-7%) fees charged to us by Paypal, or by our credit card merchant account.

Original art is sold on an as-is basis and is not returnable. However, the demand for BOMONSTER art can only go up and you might make a killing on ebay.
